Northern Virginia - June 2019 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from May 2019

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in May 2019 was down 5.4% from May 2018 and was up in only one price category. Through the first five months of the year, contract activity is also up 4.2% The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was just 22 days in May 2019, down from 27 days in May of last year.

Loudoun County - June 2019 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from May 2019

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in May 2019 was down 1.9% from last May and was down in three of the six price categories. Through the first five months of the year contract activity is down 4.0%. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 24 days in May 2019, down from 27 days in May of last year.

Montgomery County - June 2019 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from May 2019

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in May 2019 was up 3.8% from May 2018 and was up in all he six price categories. Through the first five months of the year contract activity is flat, down just 0.2%. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 34 days in May 2019, exactly the same as May of last year.

Prince George's County - June 2019 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from May 2019

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in May 2019 was down 3.0% from May 2018 but was up for two of the five price categories. Through the first five months of the year contract activity is up 3.6%. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 41 days in May 2019, up from 38 days in May of last year.

Washington D.C. - June 2019 StatPak with Contract Snapshot from May 2019

CONTRACTS: Contract activity in May 2019 was up 5.4% from May 2018 and was up in all but the highest of the six price categories. Through the first five months of the year contract activity is up 4.0 %. The average number of days on the market for homes receiving contracts was 27 days in May 2019, down from 30 days in May of last year.
